After years of dreaming, months of contemplating, and weeks of planning, I’m beyond excited to finally take the plunge and share what I’ve always loved—and what I’m truly passionate about—with all of you!
I’ve been dancing for years, with 7 years of ballroom training and a lifelong exploration of different dance styles. But like many, life took me on a different path—13 years of family life, motherhood, and putting myself last. I found myself tired, unfit, and feeling disconnected from what made me feel alive.
Then I rediscovered dance. And in that moment, I knew I wanted to build something more than just a workout routine. I wanted to create a way to get strong, healthy, and happy—while having fun! No more boring, repetitive exercises. Just moving, toning, laughing, and meeting new people along the way.
This is my perfect idea of fitness, and I’d love to share it with YOU!

More Than Just a Workout
Natalia launched her Latin-inspired fitness classes in November 2024 with a simple mission: create a space where women of all ages could move, laugh, and feel good – no dance experience or partner necessary.
"I focus on women, particularly those in their 40s and beyond, because that's when so many of us lose touch with our bodies," Natalia explains. "Life gets busy, confidence dips, and suddenly the idea of dancing feels intimidating. But it shouldn't be. This isn't about being perfect – it's about having fun and feeling good."
The classes blend Latin rhythms with fitness, offering a full-body workout that builds coordination, balance, and cardiovascular health. But ask any regular attendee and they'll tell you the real magic happens off the dance floor.
"It's so much more than exercise," says Shaheena. "It's brain boosting, it's social time, it's something to look forward to every week. I leave feeling fitter and happier."
A Community That Moves Together
What started as a fitness class has grown into a tight-knit community of women who show up each week not just to dance, but to connect. There's laughter, there's support, and there's a shared sense of achievement that comes from trying something new – and sticking with it.
"That's what I'm most proud of," says Natalia. "Yes, people get fitter. Yes, they learn some moves. But more importantly, they walk out feeling confident and happy. That's what keeps them coming back."
With the Strictly spotlight now shining on her classes, Natalia hopes even more women will be inspired to take that first step through the door.
"I hope this encourages people who’ve been watching strictly but are nervous to try dancing, to give it a go. The class is low on pressure, but high on fun and fitness, and who knows it could bring some Strictly magic to your life!”

The class starts with an energetic warm up routine which is followed by floor work with small weights then work on our core including a timed plank. Then we have fun learning a Latin dance routine before a yoga cool down and stretch. The hour and a half class flies by so quickly. It’s the perfect mix of exercise and fun and Nat caters for all abilities, she is very motivating and very patient, walking through all areas of the routine as needed by anyone. It’s so much fun and I thoroughly recommend. "
