After years of dreaming, months of contemplating, and weeks of planning, I’m beyond excited to finally take the plunge and share what I’ve always loved—and what I’m truly passionate about—with all of you!
I’ve been dancing for years, with 7 years of ballroom training and a lifelong exploration of different dance styles. But like many, life took me on a different path—13 years of family life, motherhood, and putting myself last. I found myself tired, unfit, and feeling disconnected from what made me feel alive.
Then I rediscovered dance. And in that moment, I knew I wanted to build something more than just a workout routine. I wanted to create a way to get strong, healthy, and happy—while having fun! No more boring, repetitive exercises. Just moving, toning, laughing, and meeting new people along the way.
This is my perfect idea of fitness, and I’d love to share it with YOU!

"These classes are great! I have two left feet and dance like a cart horse but it's not about training for Strictly. It's about having fun, with friends, and getting fit at the same time.

Nat’s Latin Dance Fitness class is everything I wanted in a fun workout.
The class starts with an energetic warm up routine which is followed by floor work with small weights then work on our core including a timed plank. Then we have fun learning a Latin dance routine before a yoga cool down and stretch. The hour and a half class flys by so quickly. It’s the perfect mix of exercise and fun and Nat caters for all abilities, she is very motivating and very patient, walking through all areas of the routine as needed by anyone. It’s so much fun and I thoroughly recommend.
